Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, on a large golf course lot, this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home offers expansive views over two of Lyford Cay's beautifully manicured fairways. With 5,000 sq. ft. of total space, the floor plan offers a generous master suite with a separate study area and walk-in closet, a spacious eat-in kitchen, a den and a 40-ft-wide great room that opens to a long covered veranda and the pool area is perfect for outdoor entertaining and has a lovely vista overlooking the golf course. There is also an outdoor dining pavilion that takes full advantage of the lovely golf course view as well. Please note that there is a 7 night minimum. Please note that the rates quoted are subject to VAT. Housekeeping is 3 days per week. A rental includes the use of 2 golf carts. All drivers need to have a valid drivers license. Renters do not automatically have access to the Lyford Cay Club and its facilities unless they are members. Tenants who are not members need to be sponsored by a member.
