This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house has been immaculately decorated with a charming island vibe. As you drive up to the house, you enter a lovely courtyard where the indoor living spaces open to the outdoor space, making it perfect for entertaining. As you come in the front door, you enter the entrance hall, with the family room directly ahead. To the left, you have the primary bedroom suite, the second bedroom suite, and the powder room. To the right, you have the open-plan drawing room and dining room, which open onto a screened-in veranda overlooking the rear garden. As you come through the dining room, you enter the breakfast area and kitchen. Beyond the breakfast room, you have a laundry room as well as the third bedroom and bathroom. Beyond this is the carport and a separate staff apartment. Included in the rental is a live-in couple who are fantastic and will help run the house during the rental. They work Mondays to Fridays. A rental also includes the use of one 4-seater golf cart.
