Other features include: fire place, service bar, double car garage, back up generator, a well and approximately 1,150 sq. ft. deck area surrounding the pool with a poolside cabana equipped with a changing room and wash room. Please note that the rates quoted are subject to VAT. A rental includes the use of 2 golf carts. All drivers need to have a valid drivers license. Housekeeping is Mondays to Fridays. Additional housekeeping can be organized separately. Please note that access to the Lyford Cay Club and its facilities are not automatic with a rental within the Lyford Cay community.
